Billy of Qikiqtarjuaq

Billy is an important member of the hamlet of Qikiqtarjuaq. He is the head of the Parish and also runs an outfitting business, catering for the needs of visitors like us. He is a strong advocate for teaching the youngsters about their Inuit heritage.
